A Puddle

A Puddle
A left-over
from the rain
Full of mud,

dead leaves and
some rubbish.
But
Look again!
A whole,
great patch
of blue, blue
sky
is trapped
in there too,
and huge 
white clouds
miles high
and miles wide
are living 
in the pool!
And vibrant shrubs
with trembling
leaves, and if you
wait and gaze
the skimming 
of a bird.
